Yachts and Vessels of All Kinds

The show attracts vessels that are worth a lot more than a billion dollars in total. From limousine tenders and spectacular superyachts to sport fishing boats, the event brings them all together at one place. Quite a few people visiting the show are there not just to view what's on display but also to buy those superyachts and other vessels. And every year, there is a slew of new yachts making their debut at the event. This means if you attended the 2018 event, you still have solid reasons to be part of the fun at the 2019 show.

    Things to Do

There are many things to do in Fort Lauderdale, besides the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show. Cruises, water sports, kid-friendly attractions, sightseeing, etc. are some of the several activities you could indulge in here. Downtown Fort Lauderdale is home to shops, cultural attractions, restaurants and parks. If you are into arts and history, there are several theaters, museums, historical centers, and opera houses to keep you engaged. Not to mention, being a city on the south-eastern coast of Florida, there is no dearth of beaches here.

    Become an Exhibitor

As mentioned before, the event not just has visitors but also exhibitors. If you'd like to promote your marine industry-specific services and products at the show, you can do so by getting in touch with the show's organizers. Thanks to the massive attendance and media coverage, you can be almost certain of hitting your sales target at the show, provided your offerings are relevant and good-quality.

    Dates to Remember and Tickets

The event would be held from October 30 to November 3, 2019. The first day is scheduled for 'prime time preview', which would be held between noon and 7 pm. The remaining days would be general admissions. On these days, the show would open two hours earlier at 10 am. On Sunday or the last day, the show would be wrapped by an hour earlier at 6 pm.

The ticket prices start from $15 and max out at $53, which includes entry to the preview event. If you want to skip the first day, the ticket prices are $34 (for adults), and $15 (for kids between 6 to 15). For children under six, entry is free.

    Conclusion

The Fort Lauderdale Boat Show isn't the only boat show to be held every year. However, it certainly is one of the biggest of its kind, and the 2019 event is slated to be another massive event. Even if you don't have plans to buy a boat, it's still worth buying a ticket just to be a delighted spectator.
