Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show 2025 FAQ’s

The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) is returning for its 66th iteration in 2025, and you might have questions about it. Here is everything you need to know about the event:

Who is the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show for?

FLIBS 25 is for everyone! The event encompasses everything from large, luxury yachts to sportfishing and diving equipment to personal watercraft, so anyone interested in marine activities will find something to like. The event also includes gourmet dining with scenic marina views and networking opportunities for aspiring marine professionals.

When is the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show?

FLIBS 25 will take place from October 29 to November 2, 2025.

Where will FLIBS 25 take place?

FLIBS 25 has a grant total of seven event sites located throughout the great city of Fort Lauderdale, Florida: Superyacht Village at Pier Sixty-Six South, Pier Sixty-Six Marina, 17th Street Yacht Basin, Las Olas Marina, Hall of Fame Marina, Bahia Mar Yachting Center, and the Broward County Convention Center. The Convention Center serves as the event's transportation hub, with convenient transport options to all other event sites by shuttle bus, water taxi, and ICON golf cart.

FLIBS 25 marks the grand reopening of the renovated Pier Sixty-Six Hotel and Marina. Built as a fuel dock in the 1950s, a tower and hotel were added in the 1960s as Pier Sixty-Six became one of Fort Lauderdale\'s most famous marinas. Its reopening provides the perfect stage for the largest and most exciting vessels showcased at FLIBS 25.

What vessels will be showcased at FLIBS 25?

FLIBS 25 has a fantastic lineup of boats in its showcase. The headline attraction is the Casino Royale, a 74-meter behemoth with amenities such as a full gym, spa, Jacuzzi, and steam room. She was designed by Tim Heywood and features an interior by Winch Design. \r\n\r\nOf course, the Casino Royale won't be the only vessel worth seeing. Other highlights include the Hemisphere (the world's largest sailing catamaran), the BGM75 (a catamaran blending the volume of a 100-footer with the efficiency of a 60-footer), and the 130 Explorer (a steel-hulled expedition yacht engineered for range).

FLIBS 25 a family-friendly event?

Yes! Many kids are awestruck by the majesty of the showcased vessels, potentially starting a lifelong love of marine activities like boating, diving, and fishing. FLIBS 25 also includes events designed specifically for kids, including the Blue Wild Kid's Corner and Don Dingman's Kids Fishing Clinics.

Women are an underappreciated component of the marine community as well, and FLIBS 25 will feature woman-focused seminars to highlight their contributions.
